One of the most underrated melody writers of all time, I love all his Genesis stuff and his first 2 solo LPs are brilliant. Can't be arsed with his 80s stuff although I'm like that with 99.9% of musicians who were playing during that musical abortion of a decade.

Going to see Jonah Matranga tonight, ex Gratitude, Far, Onelinedrawing, New End Original and occasional Deftone. Jonah is playing a private gig to about 40 of us for me mates' Dave and Isabel's 10th anniversary.

 

He crashed round at theirs last night and will be staying over again tonight before heading off to Liverpool for his next gig tomorrow. Really nice bloke who I challenged to an arm wrestle last time I saw him play, last year. Will see how that one goes !
