I've just realised how many quality forumites are not ST holders. Let me sell it to you: we get our own cunt-free forum that is starting to take shape nicely. The football debate in there is (weird, I know) reasoned, reasonable, passionate and engaging. There's no bickering or abuse, no repetitive and dull threads where everyone says the same thing over and over again and generally a level of ownership that has been missing from the FF for years. You can also debate other stuff too, if you like. It really does feel like the forum used to feel back in the day. It's two quid a month, people. Not earth shattering by any means for the hours of entertainment many of you ge…

It feels like it’s time for a new thread to discuss everything that Labour do going forward. Whatever you feel towards the current Labour party, they can’t be any worse than the last 14 years of the Tory party debacle.

They are you know. Useless, brain dead pieces of shit. And I don't care what Law enforcement arse lickers on this forum say. The judicial system needs a serious review after what I seen last night. A lad comes into a pub, walks straight up to the bar and starts launching glasses at the displays. Ruining them, smashing everything up, threatening bar staff and customers. Generally being violent, and he tried to get behind the bar. He leaves. He then comes back later on and smashes the bar up once again, leaves but sneaks back into the toilet and beats one of the customers to a pulp. Hits a girl and has to be restrained. The panic buttons are pressed and then th…

Bit of a dickhead, isn't he?

Howie can take his thread and shove it in the seine. It might be an interesting discussion point, and a noteworthy issue, but that no way at all to start a thread on what is one of the best months of sport going. The Olympics are boss. I'm heading there one month today, camping outside Paris with my daughter and heading in for the Gymnastics, Rowing and Hockey, and we're dead excited. Anyone else going?

Why are they in Uefa Competitions, and Eurovision Song Contests? A simple answer will suffice.

Aah Marina. Someone suggested we have a thread dedicated to her so I thought I'd do the honours. I don't know much about her background but what I have seen so far I really like. The other day she skewered crypt dwelling victorian broom handle Rees-Mogg on his own show. She also has grave breath Ann Widdecombe, that spectacular galactic thundercunt Mike Parry and a shit load of right wing tory bellends who have rang into the Jeremy Vine show on her body-count. Is this love is this love is this love is this love that I'm feeling?

How do people think this will go? Hunt has ruled himself out of a leadership bid but Braverman already making noises. Some serious talk of some kind of merger/reconciliation with reform. I don't know if that would be dangerous, or if it'd just finish them off.

About 4 rashers of smoked bacon (fried or grilled) 2 fried eggs 2 sausages A scoop of baked beans A decent portion of mushrooms (fresh ones cooked in butter, not those briney things you often get) A few grilled tomatoes (not the tinned stuff) 2 slices of buttered toast Tea Orange juice That's it. No black pudding. Black pudding is congealed blood, and has no place on your plate. Also, no pipetting drops of fancy stuff onto the eggs, which I think I saw Heston Blumenthal doing when he tarted up the Little Chef Olympic breakky (not that I wouldn't mind trying his version of it, mind you).

Noticed there's a fair few wrestling fans on here so I thought I'd set up a thread to discuss best matches, favourite moments etc from WWE, TNA, WCW/ECW, ROH or Indie promotions. Also, if you're gonna discuss the live shows like Smackdown for instance, use spoilers please. Anyway to kickstart this thread, my favourite ever match is TLC 2. Always been a huge fan of Jeff Hardy and this match had me gripped from start to finish. Jeff was at his best here and the spear by Edge is an iconic moment in wrestling. Also, Brock is fucking ace. That is all.

Through sheer boredom, and hearing it mentioned a few times, I've just joined it. Anyone else on it? If so, what do you actually do?

Fuck knows what happened to the other thread on this, but anyway. Anyone been watching Season 2? Billy Butcher and Homelander have to be among the greatest characters in TV history. "What's the plan Billy?" "We squeeze the cunt until he gives up the cunt, then we fuck him."

Sharks seem to have intertwined into other threads (movie threads generally) but they are such scary and magnificent creatures that I think it's about time they had a thread all of their own. I started watching The Meg last night which seems to be an OK film but they must have been intimidating creatures when the closest current shark to this is the Great White which is scary enough on it's own. So to all things shark...

It’s time we upped sticks and let the 2022 thread die. It’s never been more exciting to be a fan of the sweet science. Anthony Joshua is fighting Ngannou tonight and it’s just been announced that 57 year-old Mike Tyson is fighting that YouTube knobhead, Jake Paul, steamed live on Netflix. Seriously. This is the golden age.

Really heartbreaking story. One of my closest friends lost her brother last week and is obviously absolutely devastated. He has 2 young kids (age 4 and 7). I was talking to her yesterday and she was in tears telling me how they'd broken the terrible news to the children, specifically the 7 year old. I asked how he'd taken it and what he'd said and, still in tears, she told me the kid had replied "Can I have his phone?" I don't think I've ever struggled so hard to keep a straight face.

Thought it might prove interesting to put a few things out there and just see where it takes us. Like I said, random. Sugar's Copper Blue is one of the best pop albums ever recorded. Karate are one of my favourite bands and they should have been massive. As much as I love Radiohead, I still find Kid A unlistenable. Dave Gilmour's 2nd solo in Comfortably Numb (from Floyd's live Pulse album) is the greatest guitar solo ever. The Police's best song is The Bed's Too Big Without You. Shane MacGowan is a brilliant singer. Metallica would be a far better band without both Kirk and Lars.
