Nah. Everton's breach of FFP is unprecedented (because City at least make a little effort to hide their breaches; Everton publish theirs in the accounts). The only thing saving them from a points deduction this year is an agreement that they're going to sort it out. That means a summer fire-sale of anyone they can get a price for - Richarlison, Mina, Calvert-Lewin, Pickford, to start with - and nobody coming in.
