Is this a clue or have you got the PC version of Tourettes?
  9. A Norwegian telling mainly a load of Scousers,a good few with Irish heritage, and a good few Irish people too that their traditional music is shite. This is akin to Code coming into your house and shitting on your living room carpet. Let alone insulting one of the first reggae/ska bands.

    Old Footie Games on Youtube

Been ripping through loads of old footie games from the likes of 'The Big Match' 'Sportsnight' 'Kick off' etc on youtube and I'm really enjoying them. Slower paced and appalling pitches but great entertainment. I wish footie was still like it and not the sterile, well rehearsed shit is now.

    Old Footie Games on Youtube

Yes,its certainly one of the main reasons. Modern footballs are designed to make keepers look extremely stupid and try to remove their handling skills. Yet another for the 'shitness of modern football' thread.

    VAR Thoughts?

Just seen this article from Keith Hackett from a couple of months ago and he speaks total sense in it. Even the old referees were far better than anything since https://www.theguardian.com/football/2020/nov/11/keith-hackett-referees-have-lost-the-plot-on-handball-premier-league-var

    Old Footie Games on Youtube

Been piling throught these again over the last few days and have to say that they quality of British and Irish goalkeepers back in the 70s and 80s was unbelievably high. Very few mistakes on awful pitches and their handling and agility was fantastic. Even the lower teams such as Birmingham,West Brom,Man City,Stoke,Derby, as well as Tottenham,Arsenal,Villa,Ipswich,Everton, ourselves and so on had a top quality goalkeeper between the sticks and few were much over 6ft tall. What the hell happened?

    Great Documentaries

Wish they'd have waited a bit. He's still playing and winning tournaments FFS. Ok,so the 18 holes he's in and out of these days often aren't surrounded by pubic hair but he's doing ok.
