One of the things that's really impressed me is how often he scores either hitting it first time, or taking one touch to control it before getting his shot off. It's something all the best forwards can do, and I think that's what Salah was missing in the second half if the season, seemed like a lack of confidence caused him to take one too many touches at times, by which point the keeper and defence are better positioned.

Hard not to be excited by the whole thing.

Each to their own, beauty is in the eye of the beholder etc. but I’ve been studying photos of him all morning and I don’t agree with Klopp’s assessment; re: his handsomeness.

Granted, he does have a certain boyish appeal, but he’s not Alisson levels of drop dead gorgeous.

He’ll get a lot sexier bullying defenders in a Liverpool top.

Want this one over the line badly.

Van Dijk is better looking than both.

Couldn't give a fuck how pretty they are, it's what they do on the pitch that matters. I'd sign Quasimodo if he could score 25 goals in a season or keep a clean sheet.

Yeah, but he would soon get the hump over something.

Didn’t know Beardsley was that prolific.

Goal hanging twat. Some quality finishes in there.
