Gonna be really shite all this.

 

Officials are gonna be as inconsistent and as shite as ever and managers who rightly get pissed off are gonna get sent off and not even allowed in stands after being sent off.

 

So in a nutshell - useless officiating will carry with no consequences for the officials and they'll just close ranks and punish the fellers who suffer most as a result of it and can lose jobs because of bad results....Managers are gonna be treated like school kids by arrogant teachers with no comebacks when they rightly complain/show anger and frustration.

None of the yellows have been worth it, but I can sympathise with Arteta. As long as refs are consistent, it's fine. Trouble is, they aren't.
