    Alec Baldwin - Murderer

We'll need TK to help solve this one.

    Monarchy

I reckon she'll suck out another virgin child's soul in exchange for a further year of life, as her pact with Baal dictates.

    Coronavirus

Bit harsh, holding a "Don't Tread on Me" flag next to your dad in a wheelchair.

    Geordie Arabia

Always had a bit of a thing for the one second from right. Cracking pins and low standards; a winning combination.

little things that annoy the shit out of you

Some people used to do similar in London with "John". My old man (a curmudgeonly copper coincidentally called John) liked telling the story of a fella who asked him for directions. "You know the way to such and such John?" "How did you know my name was John?" "Lucky guess" "Well guess your own directions then"

    January 2022 Transfer Thread

Yep, as Barry said, we tried to lowball him because he was young, but then he quickly became one of our key players and wanted a wage that was on par with that role. When we should have kept things behind closed doors, stuff started leaking out intimating he was being greedy, and Rodgers even commented that he'd been offered a good wage or similar, which seemed to piss him off. Pat on the head, ruffled hair, good lad, take your pocket money. City were in his ear by then. We were slow offering the going rate for one of the first names on the team sheet, and the relationship broke down from there.

    January 2022 Transfer Thread

He was a kid when he left, with a cunt of an agent, and we screwed up tying him down to a new contract. On the playing side, I'm with Stacksy, he'd slot in well under Klopp, and fits the profile of our forwards. If anything, the fact he's pushing 27 might be the main issue, as I get the feeling we're looking for a Daka/Sarr type 23 year old. At the right price though, it'd be a no-brainer.

    Man Utd (A) - Sun 24th Oct 2021 (4:30pm)

Watching them last night, the big danger is Rashford running in behind. Firmino will be needed in this game, to stop Fernandes dropping deep and pinging those balls against our high line. Hopefully our fullbacks pin their's back, but they've got the players to punish us if we're too gung-ho. All said, I'm going for a dull, cagey 1-1, where both sides pack the middle of the park.

Stones. Whilst I like Sitting... the whistling at the end always irks me.

Seeing quotation marks that all slant the same way.

    Other Football 2021/22

I liked his "Watch Maguire's movement" for the equaliser, as the replay shows him rooted to the spot. He's moving into Crooks territory for me now, funny rather than infuriating.

Bollocks to anyone wanting them to get a result. I want them to lose, then lose to us.

Sounds right up my street. I've been nodding off to A House Through Time, but I've almost exhausted the latest series.

    Geordie Arabia

I always quite liked Bruce as a manager. He'd start off most post match interviews saying he doesn't like to moan, then go on to whinge about every decision in detail.
  17. I'd trust Peter Sutcliffe's opinion on it before Peter Walton's.
  18. Ha, knew it wasn't a pen as soon as Peter Walton said it was. Nailed on to be wrong that man.
