I think I read a study that says UK homegrown terrorists have on average been better educated but this appears to get unique to us and more recent nutters (London Bridge, streatham, borough market etc) have been below average. Even the quality of terrorist education is going down in this country ! 

 

If this guy has got a degree from a decent university, you can Pm me and I will send you a bottle of wine. Is that a bet ?

You have to have evidence of a conspiracy. Someone being on a watch list does not mean you have evidence of a conspiracy, just that you are suspicious of their behaviour or associations.
