This is spot on.

 

We don't say it often enough but the referee was outstanding for me. He reffed it very open, allowing a lot of contact without blowing for a foul. I personally prefer it be reffed tighter, but the main thing is that the referee is consistent throughout the night, and this one was.

 

There were two or three occasions I thought "hey, that's a foul, why hasn't he given that" and then they showed the replay and I was like "no, you know, he has got that right." It's a tough job and he did it well, so fair play to him.

Hope Mane will get a confidence boost out of this. One of the best performances of the season that.

 

A few early scares but after 1-0 it was brilliant.

Porto were stupid though, but credit to them they tried to play football unlike 90% of the PL sides playing us.
