    Wolves (A) Premier League 20/1/2020 - 20:00

Yep. They lost twice to Huddersfield last season. They are not a top side, not even close, but they certainly have a coherent style of play and that's more than you can say about most teams. And Traoré can break the game open against anyone.

Jimenez has spent far too much of his career being shite and failing at big clubs. His emergence has been bizarre. Maybe a late bloomer.

    Adama Traore

I think Traore's skill set would be useful in any team. Grealish as well, although with both you'd have to teach them tactical discipline. Zaha to me has probably missed the boat.

Credit to me for getting the joke, yes.

This Liverpool side does not have a human being like Joe Cole in it, that's for sure.

I mean. it's just a passing comment. You've got two slow, luxury #10's in centre mid and two very average CB's in this pool of players we had to chose from.

    Adama Traore

Now, yes. One of those you had to sign before his most recent move.

    Wolves (A) Premier League 20/1/2020 - 20:00

Artificial side pumped up by a super agent funneling players towards them. There is absolutely nothing impressive about what Wolves are doing. They've won 1 out of their last 7. But of course can't have that pointed out on tv.

    Adama Traore

It's frankly dishonest to keep pretending he's this joke footballer. He's been one of the best players on the pitch in most games he's played this season.

    Wolves (A) Premier League 20/1/2020 - 20:00

It's frankly unbelievable either how short people's memories are when they watch a game or how little credit we get for creating so many chances. So many games this season we've created bucket loads of chances but if the other team have a decent 20 minutes and create a couple decent chances it's "how did they win that"? Oh I don't know, because when we create 5 great chances per game, we'll usually score more than the opposition.

By having more of the ball, having more shots on target, and because of those things, unsurprisingly scoring more goals than them.

I mean he's literally unstoppable. Put him in a Klopp side and you'd get defenders literally cacking themselves at the sight of him.

Going to get a shirt with Luck on the back at the weekend.

This Wolves side may just be the most overrated in the history of football. Except for my guy Adama, of course.
  15. Marveaux was quality. If I was on the forum at the time, he would've been one of my guys.
  16. In 2019 they signed Phil Jones to a new contract. In 2019. He stopped being a promising or even solid squad player 6 years ago.
  17. In regards to selling players, they should have done what we did. Sell players and rebuild with the funds. They've done like Spurs in that they've held on to players for too long, but unlike Spurs they fucked up even more by giving these players new contracts. Mata, De Gea, Jones, Lingard. How do you not realize, especially when you're not winning big trophies or getting anywhere near where you wanna be results wise, that these players have to go?
  18. Their owners are the caricature of the blood sucking Americans supporters are always scared of. They could not care less about football and are just sitting on their world-renowned asset doing absolutely nothing.
  19. Molde have won the league in the year since he left. Something Ole could only do in his first stint there. He hadn't won it in 4 years since he came back there in 2015. Even they probably wouldn't take him back in the short term.
  20. What is the joke about net spend again? From my perspective, being competitive with low net spend is basically the optimal situation. Yeah, I guess you could always argue a team would be better if they just spend more but low net spend just shows competence. And we're by far the most competent team out there right now.
  21. On the interview after the game he looked like he hadnt slept in weeks. Like Moyes and Jose before him he has bags under his eyes, his face is pale and riddled with wrinkles, his hair is completely gray. Recent United managers look like theyve been through World War 1 after one year in the job.

CL Winner Semi Finals Group B

Just negatives: No2: Defense just isn't very good Elite: Costinha kind of ruins it Lifey: Really technical side but for the most part not good defensively. Stig: Lacks goals. 3 creative players and only one real goal scorer. And not the best goal scorer in this pool of players we could choose from. aRdja: Weak midfield. Could see that team getting overrun. Will go with Elite and Stig.

CL Winner Semi Finals Group A

Will just point out the negatives because the teams are full of great players. Dynamite: That forward line would not pass to each other and the back four has two pretty average players in it. John: Slow CB's and basically no width because the full backs are defensive and one of them is playing on his weak foot. Lee: The flanks are pretty exposed just with who your full backs are. Alex: Midfield not great defensively. I'll say Alex for sure and then John by a hair.

    Other Football - 2019/20

I mean, I'd sack him tomorrow if I was Woodward. He's made the squad paper thin, he's crocked Pogba, McTominay and Rashford by rushing them back/playing them through pain, there's no style of football and he's losing almost as much as he's winning. It's an unmitigated disaster. But as long as he's in with a shot at Champions League qualification, he's safe. That's just how it works now.
