I genuinely find it amazing that we're told racism isn't a big problem in the UK, but for some reason the Tories consistently use dog whistle tactics to launch initiatives. Can't wait for this one either. No doubt it'll again be completely unworkable and ineffective on every level, but they'll be able to cram loads of dog-whistle language into the wording which will stoke the divisions in the interest of short-term power.

Clear they'll be targeting starmer with lies about not prosecuting soon.

 

I suspect it won't have the impact they think, but what will happen is a narrative about a Hindu, anti Pakistani takeover of the British government which will lead to violence both over there and over here.

Yup, Im not sure what has happened and why it has happened but the narrative will be that the police and social services were complicit and basically did nothing to stop it. And thats all the knuckle draggers need to know. Braverman was more than happy to spout this and the term 'illegals', in reference to asylum seekers on both political shows yesterday morning.

It's genuinely bizarre that Sunak and Braverman believe that the vote they're courting would be able to distinguish between children and people of Hindu and Pakistani or any other Asisn subcontinent heritages.
