Alberto Moreno

Can't blame him alone, as the whole team fell apart in the second half. But his mistakes definately started it.

He got away with a shockingly stupid mistake in the semi final too, actually far worse than what he did yesterday,

One of our weakest points, and I'm pretty sure something will be done about it.

Can we not just tie him to a heavy concrete block and dump him in the Mersey and then collect on his insurance? While we're at it could we sell Clyne? He's getting away with being rubbish because Moreno gets most the limelight.

Clyne was poor last night, but overall he's a really solid player, cost a bit to upgrade on him.

I wouldn't even waste a concrete block on the prick.

For a while now, I've been thinking the fullbacks haven't really been a problem area but I don't think you can really persist with Moreno as your clear starting left back after a performance like that.

Clyne is passable because he's a decent defender but he's absolutely atrocious going forward. I can't for the life of me understand why everyone likes him so much and is so convinced that he'll be our right back for the next 5 years. The guy can barely control or run with a football. He can run fast but he's basically the equivalent of having a center half play right back.

We do. But getting in a left back who knows the fucking basics of how to defend, and who has a brain in his head will be an instant upgrade for the side.

First things first though, get that empty headed useless twat out of the club. No defensive capability whatsoever. No end product, no intelligence. Just blank, empty eyes which tell the story of a player stealing a living while a hamster runs on its wheel inside his head.

Why the fuck did we waste £12 million on this numpty? Because he bears a passing facial resemblance to Stevie Gerrard crossed with Xabi Alonso?

Are there any decent left backs out there at the moment?

The one I wanted us to sign in 2014 would probably cost a fortune and is more likely to want to join a club that is in the Champions League - Wolfsburg's Ricardo Rodriguez.

I think Fabio Coentrao is out of contract at Real Madrid too, but he's been injured for ages anyway.

It has got to be somebody who fits in well with a defence that plays a high line with midfielders pressing ahead of him. I don't think blistering pace is especially required but he can't be a slouch either.

If Fabio Aurelio had had Luis Suarez's unbreakability, he would have been by far the perfect option for that position.
