Saw them in Dublin 2 weeks ago, unreal gig. Best I've been at in years.

Went to see Public Service Broadcasting last week. They were an outstanding act. Just a 2 piece but massive tunes

Saw John Cooper Clarke on Saturday night. He was entertaining but that's not who I went to see. Felt a bit short changed.

I'm going to see Whitesnake on Sunday, Journey are the co-headliners with Thunder as support.

I only know 2 Journey songs though.............

Was at the vegfest in Bristol at the weekend to see the Happy Monday along with the Farm and 808 state. Nice way to relive my youth. Great night and all 3 on top form. The Mondays were excellent. Bristol's a lovely city too. Well impressed with it.

Me & the mrs went to see Thunder / Whitesnake / Journey at the weekend in Cardiff.

Thunder where absolutley brilliant, Whitesnake were fantastic and we walked out after 2 Journey songs & went to a pub.

The original Whitesnake with Micky Moody and co was fantastic, but once the big hair and makeup came out... it went downhill.

 

Surprised about Journey though - not your cup of tea, or were they crap?

Went to see Scott Ian from Anthrax last night in Manchester doing his Speaking Words tour. Very entertaining night, 2 hour set, with an extra hour of Q&A.

Had great seats near the front and it was abrilliant gig. Been a fan for years but never seen got around to seeing him for one reason or another. Aint too many better guitarists around .

I'd have loved to have been there but couldn't manage it, can quite belieive it was brilliant.
