Advice on trainers

I generally wear shoes, so I know fuck all when it comes to trainers. Scousers know their trainers though, so who can suggest some trainers that will go with combat pants, jeans and three quarter length short thingees?

Are K Swiss any good? That's the best I've seen so far.

well id suggest getting a trainer that will work you hard otherwise you wont get results, also get someone who knows about the areas you are looking to work on.

Get some good shoes as well, they wont let you into a gym barefoot. Id suggest the most ridiculously overpriced ones if they will improve your social standing.

on a serious note you can find some really good deals on the Internet if you look around the only risk is getting the right size. I got some Nike total90 boots from ebay for about half price but they were to tight. I should of gone to a store and tested the sizes first. I still made a profit on them selling them on to someone else though.

K Swiss are some of the most comfortable and lasting trabs around. I'll be going K Swiss again, already had a few pairs. My brothers the same now, went Swiss and thats all he's had since.

Theres alot of nice trabs though. I just go on jdsports.co.uk, they always have the latest styles or the classic ones.

They're the ones you need!

don't wear these with combat pants mate, the hem at the back of your keck's will go under your heel and will get all worn.

k-swiss are ok but DO NOT BUY ANY WITH THE TONGUE TWISTER!!!! the tongue is on a little plastic pivot and is prone to shearing, bad design fault, and the manufacturer will not exchange them if this happens.

but basically any trainer based on the 'adidas stan smith' style would be alright.
