  1. The stream I was sent doesn't seem to be working. Says it's been recalled for copyright. Can someone PM me a working stream please?
  2. Can someone PM me a link for the second half please? Ta.
  3. There's no point relying on Boro, they are shit and will get twatted by United. Today was our big chance of gaining points back and it's been taken from us by that corrupt, bald cunt. All over now I'm afraid.
  4. Some people need to get a grip on this thread, someone had to be left out due to the regulations and unfortunately for Sami it was him. Rafa had to take a calculated gamble on whoever he left out so if it does come back to haunt him then it will be down to bad luck. Suggesting it's a disgrace and his worst decision as manager is quite frankly laughable.
  5. That's bad news, I doubt he'll play in that case. Bring back Momo.
  6. It said in the Echo or Post (can't remember which) the other day that Xabi is suspended. Not sure if it's true or not. If he's out then I'd like to see Torres up front with Babel, Pennant and Benayoun in behind and Gerrard and the chief in the centre.
  7. Spot on that Paul, I've suspected it for some time but today's report by Bascombe has confirmed it for me, I think as a team we'd be much better off without Gerrard. He holds to much influence behind the scenes and I sometimes get the impression he want's to manage the team. You only have to look at Arsenal last season to see how selling your best player can sometimes have a liberating effect on a team.
  8. Fair play Chris, I retract what I said earlier about your comments regarding the protest but I still disagree with much of that report. Sticking the knife in to Rafa now of all times is not helping. We need to portray a united front during this period of uncertainty, and it's important that red journalists like yourself do your best to help rid this club of these two American parasites, up until today I thought you were doing a fine job. Articles like this however only serve to further undermine our manager and possibly strengthen Hicks hand. So next time Carragher and Gerrard come moaning to you because the mean old boss won't indulge them, tell them to fuck off.
  9. The only reason he has a go at Skrtel is because he replaced his mate at centre back yesterday, It's pathetic. I said to my mate at the game yesterday that playing Carragher at right back was a stupid decision but if Carra is asked to do it then it's his job to do so and he shouldn't go running to his media friends to have a moan.
  10. Good post that, and I agree with most of it. My opinion only differs from yours in the sense that I am in the "Gerrard is a cunt" brigade, great player though he is. Gerrard going running to Bascombe doesn't really surprise me as I and many other reds realised he was a selfish, arrogant, tosser back in the summer of 2004. He spent most of yesterday's game with his hands on his hips complaining about miss placed passes from team mates, in short he hasn't looked happy for weeks. I'm disappointed in Carragher though, to backstab Rafa in this way and further undermine his position at the club at a time when management, playing staff and fans need to be united is disgraceful. Like you say if they're not happy then they know where the door is. If Carra is pissed off at playing right back then maybe he should consider putting a decent performance in at centre back because he's been shite for the best part of this season. Bascombe deserves credit for exposing the yanks for what they are but this report does our club no favours and if it was written by a London hack then it would be treated with the disdain that it deserves. Can someone please tell me why he has go at Skrtel? This is a lad who has started one game before yesterday, he wasn't great on his debut by all accounts but was solid yesterday and did not look out of place. Whatever happened to giving new players time Chris? The way he mis-represents the protest is completely out of order and stinks of agenda driven journalism, he knows full well why us supporters stayed behind last night yet he implies we were making a stand against the manager. I'd be lying if he said I wasn't in any way concerned by Rafa's decisions and state of mind at the moment but he's pretty much the only one at the club fighting for the values of the club and for that alone he's got my support.
  11. Tom Cannon is a blueshite, nothing more needs to be said about this cretin.
  12. It's like the fall of Berlin or something. I've got visions of Foster frantically trying to clear his desk as gun shots ring out outside his window and the red army closes a ring around his bunker.
  13. Been away since Friday and only got back late last night so I haven't had a chance to post since this shit storm kicked off. Naturally I'm disgusted by the behaviour of those con artists who now run our club. I'll definitely be attending the protest tomorrow just need to know when and where it starts? I've heard something about one starting outside the Sandon at half six.
  14. They won't lose Adebayour mate, they didn't qualify.
  15. Ha-ha, they were my thoughts exactly. That was the first time i've been in the kop for two years but I must admit on the whole it made a welcome change from being stuck in the main stand for every game. I thought the atmosphere was pretty good in the main tonight, some good renditions of Scouser Tommy, The Reds are coming up the hill boys etc.
  16. Maybe not but he's nowhere near as quick either. Like I say, I may well be wrong as I've only seen him play a few games and I'm sure Dave or DT who see him regularly are more qualified to discuss the positive and negative sides of his game.
  17. He's a cunt so don't listen to the show, that's the best method of dealing with vermin like that.
  18. I was in block 305 and everyone was rushing over when it kicked off. Looked like it might get a bit nasty at one point.
  19. Hobbs had a steady game and didn't really put a foot wrong (though I couldn't really tell what happened for Cardiffs goal so he could have been at fault there.) El Zhar didn't do alot except score but he wasn't bad and showed some nice touches, he just strikes me as being a little lightwieght for the premiership but I've only seen him play a handful of games so I could be doing him a diservice there.
  20. Just to add I'm going to The Coral gig tonight, It'll be about the tenth time I've seen them. Anyone know who's supporting them? You shouldn't have any trouble selling the ticket outside SKI as it sold out pretty quickly so there'll be a fair few people turning up without tickets.
  21. With regards to the Mondays, i've seen them live twice. The first time was at the Reebok stadium in 2000 supporting Oasis and they were alright. Did a good cover of Sympathy for the Devil anyway. The second time was in Manchester a couple of years ago and they were fucking awful. Out of tune, out of time and Ryder looked like he was about to die. Now I love the Mondays, Pills Thrills n Bellyaches and Bummed are both superb albums but unfortunately they are now nothing more than a money spinning exercise. As for The Coral, I'm going to have to pull you up on this PaddyBerger. They are one of the best bands in the world, absolutely amazing. To say it's all been done before is very wrong. It sounds to me like you're familiar with the singles but not alot more. The first album is one of the most innovative albums of the last twenty years. The new album is essentialy a pop album and an excellent one at that. Anyway they're from Merseyside which in my experience means you're a pretty safe bet to be half decent unless your name is Frankie Goes To Hollywood of course.
  22. Quite possibly the finest debut album of all time and a seminal band. The Second Coming is one of the most underated albums of all time, they had the balls to try something different from their debut album when alot of bands would have taken the safety first route and stuck with a winning formula. Granted Squire was off his tits on coke and dissappeared up his arse at times during the recording but some of those riffs are Hendrixesque. Breaking in to Heaven, Driving South, Ten Storey Love Song, Daybreak, You're Star Will Shine, How Do You Sleep and Love Spreads are all brilliant tunes. What I would have given to say them in their prime.
  23. There's a lot of people going for Craig Gordan here but I reckon he's looked shit since his move. Maybe it's the pressure of the transfer fee but he seems to make a mistake in every game he plays.
  24. Completely forgot about Anelka, good shout that.
  25. Does your undead self know whether or not Benitez still has reservations about his attitude?
