In the Everton version of Monopoly the get out of jail free card is a picture of Hans Segers.

The Waterworks isn't a property but if you land on it you have to listen to Bill Kenwright getting all misty eyed talking about bunking into the boys pen after his uncle gave him a lift to Woodison on his bike.

In the Everton version of Monopoly 10,000,000 is removed from the available funds. A third stack of cards is added to 'Chance' and 'Community Chest' called 'The Arteta Money'. Each card reveals a more specific clue to it's hidden resting place.

In Everton Monoploy you start off owning Mayfair, but get turfed out for not paying the rent.

The chance cards include Walker, Unsy, Fat Sam, Koeman & Martinez. The chance card that asks you to make general repairs on your property has a picture of a tin of Ronseal on it.

In the Everton version of monopoly the 'Free Parking' space is called 'Free stadium' with a picture of the greatest stadium the world has ever seen.

Unfortunately, when you land there you realise that you actually get fuck all and it's just a picture of a free stadium rather than an actual one.  Instead, you're left looking enviously at 'The Stand' which looms massively in the red spaces next door.
