I'm in a bad mood today.

Here is our record in the 1230 kick offs last season:

Fulham 2-2 Liverpool
Everton 0-0 Liverpool
Nottingham Forest 1-0 Liverpool
Liverpool 0-0 Chelsea
Bournemouth 1-0 Liverpool
Manchester City 4-1 Liverpool

I wonder how many of those kick-offs were straight after an international break?

If either Trent or Konate are available for Saturday, I think we will be fine. I think if Konate had trained today, then he has to play. Nothing against Quansah but it wouldn't be fair for him to make his full debut in a defence so shorn. Hopefully get a couple of goals up and take Konate off to protect him.

Gomez Matip Konate Robertson should have enough at Wolves, even if it means a slight change in tactics without Trent.

We have a lot more quality on the ball in midfield now, so losing Trent's creativity shouldn't be the disaster it could be previously.

Is it true we didn't win a single 12:30 kick off last season?

Yeah.

Will be a very good result if we win here.

Not because they are any cop - they aren't.....or it because it is a tough place to go - it isn't...

But because we are potentially going there with a heavily patched up make and do side and because of the early kick off after the international shite.

5 of them were away from home. We only won 6 of our 19 away league games during the season and 3 of those wins were in the final 5 away games. The fact that we were shit on our travels for most of the season was probably more of a reason than the 12:30 kickoffs. They don’t help though, especially after an international break.

They also ruin the whole weekend when you lose them. BT cunts

Problem is BT only have so many picks for that slot and we are of course a big draw which is why we keep copping for them.

We've got the slot again after the next break.

Spot on....and it is shite we keep pulling them and after the breaks too. But it is sadly not going to stop.

Thats why we qualified for the Europa. To have less to do with that Des Kelly,  Rio Ferdinand and the other wankers on BT

I know Kelly is gone, but he is still a wanker

There are 3 x four game windows between international breaks for the opening 3 months of this season.

We have won 10 points from the first four. Our four games for this window are tough:

Wolves (A) West Ham (H) Spurs (A) Brighton (A)

If we get through those games, three of which are away from home, we will be in a great position going into the next group of games.

Those are a lot easier, with three of them at home, we could easily win all four:

Everton (H) Forest (H) Luton (A) Brentford (H)

Get 7 or more points from the next four games and we could very well be going into the City game at the end of November with 29+ points from 12 games.

Tomorrow is the start of a huge month, in my opinion.
