We've split into 3 groups, one third in the office, one third working from home & my third are going out to the Disaster Recovery site (in Livingston).

Good luck with the request to only have people calling 111 or seeking the help of emergency services if there's a significant deterioration in their health. It'll be the same as always. You'll have wannabe hardmen only seeking help when their lungs are seeping out of their arsehole and, conversely, you'll have poor, worried old dears on the blower to 111 the minute they have a little bit of a cough.
