I should have realised yesterday on my way to the polls when a coffin dodger said she was voting leave and the knuckle draggers she was with pretty much agreed. I used to work with an old boy who was an ex Mining Engineer, used to really go to town about his mates bleating on about the "young uns". He was always saying to me how much he felt sorry for our generations because we had nothing compared to them, he had a physically harder job in his youth than us but he got his pension, job security, a house etc.
