He went inn aggressively but he won the ball, did roll over the top but for me a shit red card. 

 

Nketieh should have defo gone. I didn't watch the game but seen highlights earlier and the MOTD. A lot more should have been made of that. Fair play to the keeper for not snapping a bone. Looked awful the way his leg bent.

All the promoted teams look completely shite. Like 3 versions of Derby County. Can only see Burnley winning the odd game. Sheffield United and Luton look completely hopeless.

Football management is all about having everyone pulling in the same direction. At the top level, 99% of players are of a similar ability, what makes them and the team different is what the manager can get out of them. Managers like Ferguson used to do it through fear, that tactic is all but gone, only Pep still has the ability to treat the player as a player and ignore the fact he's worth £60m to the club and has has 3 years remaining in contract. Everyone else needs to keep the players onside, Ange looks like he has the ability to do that. The secret is easy, don't be a cunt of a person and people will respect you. Thomas Frank appears to be a good egg too, Gary O'Neil and the Forest manager seem like decent fellas as well.
