Need to distinguish between true gingers and redheads. Gingers have weird wiry hair and yellowish skin with orange freckles and should all be shot on sight in case they cause bad eye aids, although I believe that evolution is gradually wiping them out anyway. Redheads can be acceptable, if female with long straight hair and fit. Both ginger and red beards are unacceptable under all circumstances.
