Incorrectly expired subscriptions

A couple of you have contacted me today to let me know yours subs had expired even though they had months still to run.

 

I looked into it and both of those subscriptions were cancelled when the upgrade took place. Most subs have been unaffected but there must be a pattern to this that I haven't figured out yet.

 

So if you think you should still have an active sub but it no longer works, drop me a PM and I'll sort it for you.

I'm one of those who's sub should still be active mate. Unable to PM you because it's saying my inbox is full, even though I've just deleted a ton of old conversations.

It did the same to me. When I renewed in March, it was £24. Not sure when it went up to £36, but the price change meant I got 8 months rather than 12. Paid the £36 today. Worst part was having to delete Tony's old PMs explaining why his Mrs negged Mrs Tash.
