Refereeing in this league is a complete joke.
The tackle from Pogba that isn’t a foul today, and directly leads to the United goal, is very similar to the one that got Xhaka sent off yesterday.

As much as I hate Pogba and United you can’t moan about that, he didn’t even get near the player let alone touch him.

I could be wrong, but he went in studs first with some power and it looked like he caught the Wolves player on the shin. Do you reckon he played the ball?

Time wasting in the football is getting beyond a joke. It's making me begin to hate the game

And the officials arent even able to keep tabs on the extra time to be played. The three minutes added in our match yesterday was a complete joke. At least they make it hard to tell how much is bias and how much is pure incompetence.

He doesn’t touch the ball or the man so it’s not a foul.

Seen it over in slow motion now. Pogba goes in studs first, over the ball, and caches the Wolves player on the shin. It’s very evident from the replay, and you can see the shin pad being moved from the from to side of his shin. Crystal clear foul, the debate is whether it’s just a foul, or a yellow or red as well.

Edit: What maybe only makes it a foul or yellow is the fact that Pogba only catches him with the front of his foot/studs. If his leg is another inch to the right he catches him full force and VAR wouldn’t have been in doubt, clear red card.

Initially didn't think it was a foul. Mainly based on Neves' reaction.

But, having seen it again, it's definitely a foul and probably a red card. Over the top of the ball and a potential leg breaker if more than just Pogba's toes make contact with Neves' shin. That they don't is largely immaretial. It's an out of control tackle and it's a matter of good fortune alone that Neves wasn't badly injured.

Saying that, Wolves can bitch and moan about the goal but it shouldn't have been a decisive one. They should've had the game killed off well before this incident.

They need a goalscorer. Just bid £25m for Origi. Right now.
