Games at 16:10 on Sunday so we play after all our rivals, added pressure could be as low as 6th by kick off. However really looking forward to this, Stoke aren't quite as brutal as under Pulis and missing Assaidi of course who seems to provide them with an extra bit of guile and menace hopefully he will be replaced by a former red Jermain Pennant. Big boost hearing Sturridge is supposed to be fit to take a place in the squad, him coming on with 30 to go will give everyone a great lift and may even decide the result. We're playing good stuff at the moment and fully expect Suarez to twist and turn Stoke's cumbersome back 4 with the help of Sterling. Gerrard Lucas and Hendo the middle 3 for me. 3-1 Reds.

If we go with 5 in midfield and keep the tempo high from the start we will have too much for Stoke this year. Dont want to see any weird selections from Rodgers or Sturridige starting.

Lets see Coutinho , Henderson and Sterling all breaking with pace to support Suarez.and we will win.

Last season away to them was probably the worst we played last season, we got an early goal only for them to go on and bum us.

                 Mignolet

Johnson Toure Skrtel Cissokho

                   Lucas

          Gerrard  Henderson

Sterling                         Coutinho

                   Suarez

Team picks itself imo if agger is injured, I wouldnt say Id take a draw as I feel we can win every game but I am anticipating a fucking hard game that will be tight.

The fact we are playing after everyone is an advantage imo as the players will have seen the results and will have no excuse to not be fully up for it whether it be we need to win to stay with the top 4 or to capatalise on dropped points by one of them.

On the one hand you've got people talking about possible title challenges and on the other people fretting over Stoke. We've lost 2 of our last 3 and dropped 3 places in the league, if the players have got any bollocks and real desire to compete at the top then we should be rolling over these.

You never know with these lumps. I'm never confident about playing them away. If we turn up we could put 3 or 4 past them with ease, if we play like we did against Hull away they could easily put 3 past us.

I'm going 3-1 to us. Luis will score another of his free-kicks and Skrtel will get one too.

That's exactly it, no one really expected us to beat both Chelsea and city but all the talk was how we've now played all the big teams away from home, that means we need to be picking points up at the likes of here and winning most/all our home games.

The players need to stand up now and be counted because they have put us in with a good shot at a high finish this season. I think we'll do them

Really need a win, even if it's a scruffy 0-1 with a goal from a controversial penalty.  For this game, I'll happily take a result rather than a performance.  Just need to get this fixture over with IMO, hopefully with 3 points, a few bruises, and nothing more.

Not looking forward to seeing Lucas and Gerrard together in midfield.  Any chance Allen is fit for this one?  Even as a change off the bench after halftime, he and Sturridge coming in could make the difference.

This game just went from must win, to must fucking win at any fucking cost.*

Be it a 2-1 with a dubious penalty, so be it. We need to get stuck in from the first second, let alone the first minute. The mongrels in the stands will be trying to shake is from the start so we have to shut the wankers up.

How the hell we can be below Spurs, who have sacked a manager due to poor results, and having been walloped by us only a few weeks ago, is truly shocking.

Fuck these twats please. Thanks.

*Not any cost obviously. We can't afford any more injuries.
