So was Mildini and Lovren and Matip look like they're going to form an excellent partnership too.

We're in the best possible hands and on the up. Big test against Hull next week though, who probably won't leave their half. Start putting away shite like that and perhaps we should be looking at more than 4th.

Lallana played his best game he's had for LFC tonight.  I always assumed he would be the one to make way when we got everyone healthy, but he's starting to play at a level that will see Klopp seriously considering leaving one of Coutinho/Firmino/Can out to fit him in.

 

Wijnaldum also had his best game for us, and was my second place for MoM.  Ran everywhere, and actually mattered when we had the ball for once.  Great to see.
