I think it was a penalty. It clearly hit an outstretched arm. 
 

Nobody knows how much sting it took out the shot, it didn’t look like much, it’s undeniably it hit his arm. 
 

I didn’t fancy the big robotic goon to score. I’ve likely not seen all his pens but the ones I’ve seen haven’t been the standard of his usual finishes.
