Quality film Licence to Kill. Criminally underrated because it veered so much from the movie formula. Dalton was the closest to the Bond of the books, and there's a cracking theme song too.

Yeah Dalton was a great Bond. Probably my favourite Bond film and Robert Davi is a great villain in this

He's the best Moore.

.

Have probably posted this but found out a couple of years back my granddad was on first name terms with him.

He was a railway guard and he used to come and sit in his cab to get away from the passengers, he'd share his flask of tea with him and they'd talk about horse racing.

That's brilliant.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson offered the role apparently.

33. I don’t think it’s a bad pick to be honest.

Was hoping they'd do something different with Bond for a change, like have an old Bond come out of retirement or a young Bond just starting out.

Is it just going to be more of the same?

Same as it ever was.

You forget how much Bond has changed. Craig was basically a more blunt Jason Bourne.

I watched the introduction scene of Connery's Bond. He's sat in a casino having a fag. Wins everything, then some bird asks him out and he says no and fucks off.

He’s young so I expect we will see him as a younger Bond and hopefully if he’s good we get a good few films out of him.
