Greatest Movie Villain - Nominations

Wasn't gonna bother for a while but with everything grim in the world, why not focus on some grim bastards from movies. 

 

3 nominations each. Can be an animated movie. They don't necessarily have to be a 'main villain' just a right bastard. Also, one villain per movie so you can have Jack Nicholsons Joker and Heath Ledgers for example - just state the character and movie. Should be straight forward enough.
