Every year I want us to face either Forest or Sheffield Wednesday in the Cup (the latter at Hillsborough) and it never happens. If Forest get past Huddersfield, we'll face them this year. They've improved significantly this season and would no doubt be up for another big cup tie at home, but we are capable of handling that and dealing with them.

We are but they were relegated in 1998 and they've just milled around in mid table for most of it with no cup runs of any note.

Pretty clear that the FA want a Liverpool-Man City final, and they won't want to risk a repeat of the league cup final.  I expect us to draw Chelsea in the semis if all three teams get through.

We’re getting Everton in the semis and Chelsea are getting City. Those will draw the most interest, before a Liverpool-City final.

However, the hilarity of beating The Ev should never be underestimated.

1990 (first game) is one of my favourite FA Cup Finals. If we don’t win it this year, I hope Crystal Palace do.

Forest it is then, a fixture at one time. I might put a tenner on us to win this competition,not much of a price i imagine but we are a good outfit and hard to beat.
