the guy got exactly what he paid for, i honestly do not see anything wrong, saying that, i have not set myself up as the Moral Guardian of the forum

He got what he paid for, he just paid twice as much for the postage. If it was Amazon who overcharged on postage i'm guessing the opinion would find less in the sellers favour.

The guy got what he paid for. He should have asked in advance if he could get a discount for multiple postage. He acted like a cunt after he received the jeans instead of politely enquiring if he could get a quid or two reduction in the circumstances. Fuck him

he bought 2 items, no mater what they where, agreed the P&P and cost of each item, then thinks he should be charged less? now i dont go on ebay, the mrs dos, but surely you can see who the seller is, as you can check on their ratings and such, so if money is that tight, what not ask before hand if seller can send both items together, rather than expect discount afterwards?

Yeah I agree but I still think it's out of order charging double postage.  Personally I would have issued a £3 refund, thanked him for his business and asked him to keep an eye out for my future listings.

But the guy came back being a cunt, right from the off. Always start off polite, bring out the big guns later. Never be the cuntstigator.

In my prime I would have photoshopped a vagina/alligator hybrid. I'm a shadow of my former self

Only because of a perceived injustice (double postage).  It people start being a cunt there's usually a reason for it.  Would you risk negative feedback on your profile for tree fiddy?  Would you charge double postage in the first place?   I'm not saying the buyer is right, just that there are other considerations.

Can we please stop saying the op has made an extra £3.50. He hasn't.

Unless I'm mistaken he would have paid postage on the weight of the parcel. 2 pairs of jeans weigh more than one. He's paid more than £3.50 to post both so let's stop pretending he's made a 100% mark up as that's bollocks.

Id not be happy if I was the buyer but it'd be what I was expecting.

He said the postage was tree fiddy a few pages back.
