Right so I am sick of being 18 stone. I am 6ft 4 so I dont look stupidly fat but you can tell I am a big boy. So far this week I am eating toast for breakfast (didnt normally have any breakfast) Having an apple and bannana with two sandwhiches and a cereal bar for lunch Dinner having salad/veg with grilled chicken breast ect and a jacket I have been drinking about 3-4l of water a day too. I am biking to and from work and I hope to lose 4 stone by next summer when we are getting married. Any one else give us ant tips or stuff they have done?

I feel fucking pretty sick right now. The wife's just told me that her Dad's friend killed himself yesterday. Hung himself at home, in the garden while his family where there. His son found him after he took to long to take the bins out. I didn't even know the dude but my emotions are running sky high. What a shit house cunt.... Go throw yourself off a cliff in Dover if you're that desperate (no signs of mental ilness were present) but he's completely ruined his sons life. I'm not sure how and why this has affected me so much and needed to get it off my chest as its really upset me. On the other hand I'm trying to rationalise my emotions ans my best friend killed himself 5years ago this Febuary but however upsetting his loss is myself and his family know that he isn't suffering anymore. He had a long battle with scizophrenia and killed himself when he was actually well at the time as he didn't want to go back to where he had come from.

This does exactly what it says on the tin. We are living in a period of financial uncertanty and everybody loves a bit of porn. So what I am suggesting is that we start a porn swap shop. So you dont have to go out and purchase new material you agree to swap DVD (A) with another forumite for DVD (B). The addresses are given via a PM and all you have to pay for is a stamp and you have new wanking footage. Of course this has to work on the basis of trust and offenders must be punished via the negging procedures. I hope that is all understandable.
