Similarly to last year (although not as bad) our away form is just not good enough so far and it needs to improve.

Haven't won any of our last 3 and only have 9 pts from our 6 away games.

Palace have taken more on the road....

Our next away? Abu Dhabi.....makes dropping pts here today potentially all the more damaging and makes getting something there now pretty important...we could quickly see ourselves staring at a sizeable gap to even Tottenham let alone Abu Dhabi if we lose there.

Klopp needs to explain why going with no natural wide players, with Diaz and Tsmikas on the bench,  was a good idea.

You don't have to be Einstein to know the way to beat dogshit teams is to stretch the pitch. We spent most of that game just playing to their strength.

Is it us, or are we paranoid in thinking that any time we play against a cunt who hasn't played well in 3 centuries, has a fucking stormer against us? Barkly today was like prime redondo in patches and will no doubt revert to being a division 4 Sunday league player next week!

Thought these cunting days were behind us but trying to be positive, its a point when we were 3 minutes from getting nothing.

Could be vital, who knows.

That was as bad as Forest away last season. The only difference being we actually managed an equaliser. We were piss-poor in the final third. Darwin had a much better game than Mo, but was also guilty of the worst miss of the lot. We allowed it to turn into an FA Cup tie by doing all the wrong things.

My biggest problem in this game was Trent. Luton were content on congesting the middle so we didn't need to throw another body in there. Especially when we lacked natural width on the other flank. Having Trent in there against a congested set-up also negated the impact of Dom (in what was his poorest display of the season) and Grav. He was also far too casual which meant that while we had most of the ball, we had no real tempo.

Yes late on Luton were content to batten down the hatches and hold what they had, but our addition of width in the shape of Kostas, Harvey and Lucho meant we actually gave them something to think about. Delighted for Lucho to have a moment what with everything going on with his parents in Colombia.

A sloppy 2 points dropped and it's our own fault.

Oh, and why does Townsend have 'Townsend Sr' on his shirt? Did he sire a child in his mid teens who is now also a footballer?

He's played every single minute in the league before this game, including lots of minutes in Europe and in cups, and he plays every minute for his national team.

He's played a shitload of football this season and he runs like crazy as well. He was obviously going to tire at some point.

That's just modern football twisting peoples minds....

We were alright up until the final third. And in the number 6 position.

Salah’s worst ever game for us? The whole Núñez chaos thing is good/fun when we’re  winning 3-nil and he does mad shit, misses sitters but then bangs in a beauty to make it 4-nil. But, when he’s missing easy chances that are costing us points, that amplifies the fact that, while we pretty much all love the lad, he’s probably never going to be at the level that a team who have title ambitions need. He’s just not reliable enough.

Mac Allister has a future at the club. But it’s time to give Endo a run of games now. Mac Allister simply doesn’t have the power, strength or dynamism to play that role. He’s constantly being ran past.

The plus points? Diaz’s goal. Another decent performance from Gravenberch. And Harvey Elliott again coming on and doing things that change the game. I’d consider giving him a run in the team now. Maybe in Salah’s position and put Mo through the middle?

On another note, Luton fans are cunts and I hope they’re going straight back down. Horrible fuckers and fair play to Carragher for calling them out.

Dreadful performance, borderline shameful. Mac Callister is nowhere near good enough to play for Liverpool, bang average is high praise.

He’s a good player, but he’s not a DM. It’s like playing Trent at CB and expecting him to be on par with Van Dijk.

Once again, we’re seeing the problem with the last minute signing of a Championship-level player as our DM. Klopp doesn’t trust him in league games, and we’ve got a bodged midfield as a result.

Too many players just didn't turn up today.

Possibly Salah's worst performance for us.

I'm not going to judge Mac Allister until he's given a run in his actual position.

Buy a proper DM.

Mac Callister is small, slow and weak. If they are your physical disadvantages then you must have to possess immense skill………..he doesn’t.

No. Nunez will be more than fine. Alexis in the 6 should be absolutely fine against teams like this, although we all know he should be further forward.

Gravenberch was out best player. Elliott is far better off the bench at this stage. He's also not quick enough off the right.

You're right that Luton fans are cunts

This result shows we are atleast 12-18 months away from a proper title challenge.

Away performances will be the downfall again this year.

Yes we are still a work in progress I don’t think anyone seriously thinks we are beating City to the title still our away performances are not good enough
