Yes. We need 2 professional centre backs added to the club at mid-league level. Neither will ever play when VVD & Gomez are fit. Neither may ever play when VVD & Fabinho are fit. The OTT posts towards the rest of the team for the past 4 weeks were nothing short of disgusting.

I agree there has been a lack of toleration about how it effects the rest of the team, at time from me too. But we need to be more flexible on transfer policy. There must be ageing CBS who can’t get a game, who can offer assistance as squad players once everyone is fit. Also Gomez fitness is very unreliable.

Reality is we only have 2 senior centre halves as it stands....Matip simply can't be trusted as shown yet again tonight.

So there is a need, a pretty pressing one to get two in.

One now and one in Summer.

The one now might well ultimately be the longer term 3rd/4th choice as it is unlikely we'll get our top longer term target now, but surely the club has to act both now and in the Summer.

100% agree. The lack of our best midfielders actually being in midfield has been under talked about too I think. We need hendo in midfield. Need!

It's been a big part of our problems of late and it will be again....especially at home.

Watching Hendo and Fabinho spend games as spectators when they are needed to do what they are good at is deeply frustrating.

I can't see how we ignore this problem now

Six consecutive League wins over these twats.

With a Champions League win thrown in, for a laugh.

Nice.

Even in a mixed season, we continue to make history, even if it's more to do with Spurs' history, and at the expense of Mourinho, so much sweeter.

Can we not sign that cunt Ramos on a 2 year? He’d be ideal

It is embarrassing. Poch had a pretty solid unit.

Made me laugh , Matterface and Dean Ashton were on comms onTalksport and going on about how furious Mourinho was with the players at half time without suggesting that as he picked the team and the tactics he might look a bit closer to home.

Guest Francie Brady

Found Klopp press conference worrying, seemed like a guy that was exhausted with the current situation.

I have also no doubt they have been trying to get some deal done in the background for a centre back that has added to his general stress levels.
