Tory Country

As Lee Anderson said a while back, they've got fuck all going for them in this year's General Election, so they'll have to dial up the racism, homophobia & transphobia.  They've done that to a revolting degree in recent weeks... and it doesn't look like it's working.

The country been taken over by the biggest gang of cunts about. Its as corrupt as any failed African state, and its all about dragging as much wealth into the right pockets as you can. Some wear blue ribbons, some yellow and some red.

Haha that is quite mental. Tories going to Tory.

Rang in a phone in about Islamophobia to talk about Anti-semitism arguing that people always talk about Islamophobia when the subject at hand is Anti-semitism.

A colossal boob of a man.

That was interesting- cheers. Who is this 'considerably richer than yow' cunt?

No idea mate just popped up on the “For You” feed and I had a look and someone posted that the other guy had ripped him to bits.

Also saw there’d been a Telegraph piece saying “The Left needs to

learn to love Toby Young”, and a retweet of a Andrew Marr LBC interview with a professor of epidemiology saying rickets and scurvy are rising. Standard Tory Country shit.

To be fair to him that's just modern society. Everyone has got a brand and a "hustle".

When you see contestants now on reality game shows they're very rarely engineers and bus drivers, they're wellness coaches, podcast hosts, dropshippers and other various forms of non jobs.

Celebs are increasingly the same. Every Christmas the supermarket book charts are clogged up with ghostwriten novels by the likes of Sarah Cox,  and the digital airwaves are filled with podcasts by the likes of Abigail Clancy and Martin Kemp's son.

It's quite exhausting. An economy built on absolute shit.

The economy is eating itself and to think the money is circling the plug hole to buy this shite. Depressing

The only growth is debt really, and a vicious circle of recycling the spend money of that debt.

When you can Klarna a 24 pack of R Whites Lemonade you know it’s been fucked. Well and truly

I was in Waterstones this morning, having not been in a big book shop like that for years, and what you refer to was really stark. 80% of the books were about things that 25 years ago people wouldn't have had the gall to write a book about.

One of the books they were really pushing appeared to be about 40 pages of pictures of sparrows with a few lines of Linkedin style bullshit under each photo.

Was reading this today actually, software that summarises books so people who want to sound like a smart arse can pretend they've read it.

No one has anything to offer and the economy seems to reward grifters and bullshitters.

The consent factory is just churning out turds that everyone laps up.

You only have to go on Linkedin to see this is the case. Everyone has got 'guru' or 'ninja' in their job title.

Nobody seems to actually make or do anything useful, the British economy seems to just be a circle of people each with their hand in the next person's increasingly empty pocket.
