Beans not an option sadly, I even had eggs to rate them for this place.

Its owned by the brothers who set up the jolly pig sausages and bacon company.

Sausages are excellent and are very filling.

Bacon was done on a griddle, very good quality.

Home made potato rostis are massive.

Roasted tomatoes are good.

Black pudding is excellent.

Sourdough was lovely and you could taste the salt in the butter. Obviously wasn’t toast though.

Eggs cooked well but still don’t like them.

Top quality ingredients but bloody pricey at £11 when tea wasn’t included.

That's dedication ordering eggs when you don't like them. Repped for no beans, obviously. Good to see hash browns haven't also intruded on every breakfast out there. American muck.

Potato rostis and hash browns are the same thing no?

£11 is expensive but at least you got two of everything (except for the black pudding)

Was very filling - I’m stuffed.

The guy looked at me a bit weird when he collected my plate and asked me if the eggs were ok? I told him I don’t like eggs, ‘but you requested them fried instead of scrambled’.

I explained I was reviewing the breakfast for a forum so he started asking me about it and was pissing himself laughing when I told him what website it was for.

Asked me to put out a link on here so there you go...

That’s fantastic. Great effort. Will visit next time I’m in Bristol.

He had to put the extra rosti through and then refund it for no mushrooms.

Bollocks. I bet you bounced in there and gave some blag story about them serving you a fried turd last time you were in there. Them sausages look fit though.

With an eleven quid breakfast I'd be wanting unlimited tea thrown in.

At the very least.

Seriously, I've had better looking fry ups than that for under a fiver.

Great breakfast but like Mook says, to get a 'free' tea on top of the one paid for seems a bit cheeky.
