You probably already know this but Calogero in Bronx Tale is played by the same actor as Matthew Bevilaqua in Sopranos (the friend of Chris' who ends up shooting him and gets whacked by Tony & Sil). In real life the actor is doing time for his part in a Burglary turned murder. Can't remember his real name though.

Yes he was good in Donnie Brasco but still not enough to save it from the appaling faux British pirate.

Any Given Sunday was ok but not my type of thing and nothing special given its subject matter.

I was mate.

Any Given Sunday was a good performance but not great in my opinion but sometimes a great performance cant rescue a bad performance from another actor or even a poor script.

Currently Pacino seems to be doing both.

It is to the eternal shame of the Oscars Academy that they gave the Oscar to Dances With Wolves over this amazing movie. To think that they then gave Scorsese his Oscar for The Departed after previously ignoring Taxi Driver, Raging Bull and Goodfellas........baffling, just baffling.

Watched it with the ex wife thought it was brilliant still do, I must have raved about it so much that she bought the rental copy from the video hire shop as a Christmas present

Still watch it whenever it's on, and its still a fabulous film.
