It’s a nice house with a good layout but the choice of decor is just drab and boring. All that money and zero taste or personality.

In the immortal words of Dolly, "it costs a lot of money to look this cheap".

I hated that crushed velvet type furniture. I'm just surprised there's no motivational or soppy quotes painted on the wall.

It's an impressive house but I like character something much smaller, on the coast. Coast v country I'm coast everyday of the week.

You could definitely draw knobs in that carpet.

It looks very expensive to me. Just soulless

Most of the really big expensive places in our area are the same.

They all look so cold and bland and like you couldn't actually live in them as everything is arranged so perfectly it doesn't look real.

If I had a home cinema I'd make it look like an old school cinema. Movie posters the whole gaudy shebang, old cinema seats. A nostalgic atmosphere just being in the room.

My missus won't even let me go old school with Christmas decorations, Red and gold tin foil tinsel springing from the ceiling, no it has to be cold Nordic shite with just 2 toned down colour combinations matching throughout the house.

But enough about Phil. What do you think of the house?

I don't like a lot of the decor but it does look like a very nice house, and for the money you get far more than say something at that price in central London.

I watched homes under the hammer and a terraced house the likes you see all over working class areas such as say Anfield and Kenny went for £2.6 million.
