So AVB's job is on the line after two games, when they've not completely their business. But the gardens all rosy when we could well be laying bottom tomorrow with a massive negative goal difference. And suffered our worst opening day defeat in the premier league.

74 people on here wanted AVB as Liverpool manager, 11 wanted Rodgers. Some of the people that voted for AVB are now slagging him off. You'd have to ask them why.

AVB well on his way to another massive pay off.

I cant see Spurs keeping him for long unless he turns things around.

He is doing what he done at Chelsea.

That might be the case, however the suspicion is that AVB has little influence on Spurs transfer activity at the moment. It's more a case Levy balancing the books at all cost. Despite all the what a shrewd operator he is, he actually has a rather mixed record.

Hasn't AVB got some clause in his contract that they cant sack him for a year or so ?

I believe that would be impossible to enforce legally. So no.

I would rather ask why you give a fuck?

He isn't our manager, nor is he our problem. You are either defending him, which makes your criticism of our Manager all the more unacceptable or you agree that he should be criticised, which means that you shouldn't be criticising those having a go at him because ultimately they are correct!

And for the record, I voted for Martinez!

He's even worse than Rodgers. I can now see why you're happy with a mid table manager though, rather than a proven winner like AVB.

And at the same time, we're bottom two games into the season having only played one.

You can't call people out for (I agree, ridiculously) slagging Boas off after two games and then making out like we're in the middle of a fully blown disaster.

It's still very early days.

We're not in the middle of a disastor, the games played mean next to fuck all. However, if AVB's job is on line now, then fuck knows how much pressure Rodgers is under.
