Looks like drug dealers have been getting an undeserved bad rap. According to the FT they're the only industry in Europe to improve product quality whilst lowering price this past decade or so.

Possibly a small part of the reason. The price has apparently plummeted over Colombia and Albanians control a large chunk of the UK/European drug trade, they're very well organised. Most of the old big time UK dealers such as  Cocky Warren and co are retired or in prison

True but Liverpool is not Europe. Its an outlier and Liverpool is impossible for outside gangs to infiltrate. Half the prisoners in Cardiff/Swansea prison are Scousers doing time for narcotics. An awful lot of the cocaine in S Wales comes from Liverpool. When it comes to drugs the two areas have been linked for years 

 

The rest of Britain and Europe is different and has seen an increase from Albanian cocaine traffickers in the past decade.

I remember the echo did a feature on the towns and cities where gangs from liverpool had gone in and took over. There were literally 100's.

Even now you still see stories where some lad from kenny was arrested in somerset or somewhere..
