Nah. It's a third tier competition and Sunderland showed there was little in the tank after the Christmas fixtures - we've got a semi-final and a trip to Old Trafford that could make or break the season. It was the right team, and the replay calls for something similar.

 

Unless there is significant investment in the squad - not the first XI - this is a decision that is going to have to be made again and again.

Our kids are overrated and mediocre, we have a paper thin squad so can't rotate without there being a massive drop off in quality - we now have yet another game we don't need/can really afford/have the squad to handle...
