He just got a shitter team than Rafa had in 09/10 seeing as Rafa had Mascherano (who is now leaving) and also had Gerrard & Carra who were a bit younger. Rafa also had Benayoun in 09/10 so I don't think it's Roy's fault he's just got a weaker team.

 

When there's no investment the squad will always get weaker every season, that's why getting the Yanks out should be the priority.

It's a bit unfair to pass such an early judgement on jovo, especially with him playing on the left of a 442. He was ok v arsenal last week.Kuyt was good enough to play in a Liverpool side that reached a european cup final & has played in a world cup final but playing on the right of a 442 is not his position. If all your opinions are based on that 1 fuckin game, glen, gerrard, torres, skittles aren't good enough to play for us either

Have never rated Kuyt, too often he breaks down our moves with his lack of pace or inability to trap the ball.

Lucas has been shit for 3 years, the joke is over - too slow, too weak, constant fouls etc

Jovo just gave the ball away repeatedly in my opinion Babel/Maxi would have been better options.
