The lovely Iron Spy came in from the shop the other day and asked "What's that song about cupcakes?" Apparently, the radio was playing something that went

"Hot dog,

Jumpin' frog,

I got cupcakes"

 

(Maybe she just had something on her mind.)

 

 

Also, my mate's son thought Neil Young's epic Change Your Mind was called Ginger Man.

"So Lonely" by The Police. Sounds like "Sue Lawley." Did I dream this or did they actually feature this on Nationwide many years ago? If memory serves they contacted the band and asked why they were singing 'Sue Lawley' on their song. I think a quick read of the name of the song may have answered their question for them and saved them a phone call.
