Happy to see Bajcetic back, but we lost the grip of the game when we subbed Endo.

He was well off the pace.  If we hadn't been 4 up, we probably wouldn't have seen him until the last five minutes.

Good first hour, but very sloppy for the last 30 mins or so. For some reason we decided to leave the Pigeon completely free all the time when he came on, and we also lost all attacking impetus out wide with our subs. The players HAVE to realise that anytime they get even a little bit sloppy, we get punished. It's happened all season regardless of the standard of opposition, and regardless of the personnel. The game management needs a LOT of work.

There was still a lot in this game that was much much better than we've seen recently. Mo looked far more like Mo than in recent weeks. Harvey was a livewire and scored a great goal. Cody (apart from the last 20 when he seemed gassed) looked strong, sharp and purposeful.

Saying all that, we were like Arsenal under Wenger after their Emirates move. Season after season they were talked up as a title contender, made a right hash of things in the spring to put themselves out of the running, then put a few teams to the sword at the tail end of the season to give their final finishing position a false gloss.

Hahaha. It’s all over priced these days. I knew you’d be around with your defence of the brainless. Funny as fuck

Nice to win again and some decent performances and nice goals - Elliott's strike was sublime. Plus we owed them - so was nice to see.

But FFS I know we like to get after teams whem on top, but at 4-0 today we were ridiculously open and there were a handful of times where a second ball or a bit of broken play fell our way and we played a silly first time overly ambitious ball and gave away possession. We really should in those situations when winning easily hold the ball and then look to progress play from there.

Our game management is ropey - we seem to nearly always give teams hope and that is wjy we rarely see sides lay down for us way they do for abu dhabi and now arsenal.

Salah had him on toast all afternoon.  He scored one and got an assist.

The fact he didn't get a hat trick against that guy is the surest sign it's over.

Well as Klopp said we’ve had the 12.30 slot time 12 times, the next club was 3! Often after a Thursday night match. I don’t think any other club has had so many first team players out either!

Gakkers!

No, the next was 7. And we haven’t had any 12.30s after a Thursday match. And no champions league run!
