I think that like the FA Cup, they’ll try and start absolutely feverishly - High press, unbelievable intensity, fast & direct when they get it etc etc.

Last month we kept getting deeper and deeper, Nunez wasn’t keeping hold of it and they were getting higher and higher.

We were fortunate to come through that half unscathed. We need to deal with that better than we did the FA Cup game.

As he has the ability to knock a 40 yarder to feet, having VVD back in the side should help, however, there is a question on whether Trent should start and where. It would be incredibly harsh to drop Bradley and Martinelli ghosted past Trent a couple of times easily last month.

Nunez potentially being out is a blow.  IMO, whoever the wide players are, they shouldn’t do much tracking back on Sunday. Half the issues in the cup game was there was no out ball when we did have it. Keeping a couple of faster players up the pitch means they have something to think about (especially if VVD or Trent can ping a cutting 40 yard pass) and can’t completely smother us again. I’d rather whoever plays through the middle dropped back and helped midfield.

I can't see them being as bad as they were in the cup. Very tough ask to win here again.

There weren’t bad in the cup. Their finishing was bad, the rest was pretty good.

I'm with Dan's comments on the pod, really hope we can win but a draw wouldn't be the end of the world.

A point definitely wouldn't be the end of the world but I really like our midfield set up now. I'm guessing Jorginho will play so I'd take our 3 over theirs. Again I think getting through the first 15-20 minutes is key.

They were good in the first half, largely because we weren't at the races. Second half they were shocking.

We’ve started the last couple of games really well, so hopefully we won’t see a repeat of the first 20 mins in the cup.

My guess is it’ll be Alison, Robertson, VVD, Konate, Trent, Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Jones, Jota, Gakpo and Diaz. I’m hoping Núñez is fit enough to make the bench, he could make a huge difference coming on in the second half.

I am unbelievably confident for this, everyone is praising us, so the negative kicks in and I am expecting a fuck up.

Expecting a fuck up means we will go out and win easily.

All very confusing.

Just go out and twat these cunts, worry about my mental insecurities later.

Men Vs Boys

0-2

Are you saying Arsenal are ‘Men’ and we are ‘Boys’? And that we’ll win 2-0?

Or are we the ‘Men’ but will lose 2-0?

I’m so confused and I’m unsure whether to continue masturbating to this thread or not.

You’re masturbating to men and boys?

I’m pretty sure this’ll hold up in court as evidence.
