Wright-Phillips in the Manc Derby about 5 years ago. I remember watching it in the pub with my Grandad. SWP picks up a massively over hit passon the byline about a quarter of the way into the mancs half, just keeps it in, and runs through about 5 players to smash it into the roof of the net. Can't get on youtube in work but I'll find it later hopefully.

It says it's an FA cup goal, but you can clearly see the PL patches. I actually think this was his debut game, or at least one of the first games he played for Chelsea.
