We only got 3 pens last season in the league, was an absolute farce some of the refereeing against us last year was grotesque. Hopefully, it will be a bit more generous this year. Milner was great in 16/17 but he's not most likely not going to be in the starting 11. Personally would go for Fabinho, apparently has a 15/15 record for Monaco and watching the clips back he takes a great pen, I don't trust Mane or Salah and certainly not for Firmino from the spot.

Is he guaranteed to start every game too? He'll prob play 75% of games. But yeah, I'd give it to him and have salah as back up.

Based on Fabinhos record it's a no brainer but Milner has a very good record (Though his playing time may be limited).
