Yeah, it's pretty hard to sort at this point. Some look immense but haven't picked from some of the weaker groups. Going to come down to who manages their final picks the best to make sure they don't have a few weak links IMO.

Yes. You'll find that as we reach the latter part of the draft, people may pick out of turn, if they are picking a player that no one else before them can pick.

 

Can get a little confusing, but so long as you remember the direction we're headed top to bottom, or bottom to top, you'll be fine.
