Why are the Premier League dragging this out?  They must know that 777 aren't fit & proper. Is it because they're scared to pull the trigger and send Everton into administration?

Yeah but they are corrupt and doing everything they can to get them relegated because Everton stood up to the Sly 6.

Maybe they're actually doing due diligence for once and demanding commitments from 777. Either way fucks them though, they're either going into administration or getting broke, shit owners with the potential to put them into administration.

Theyll be too scared of not being able to get out to Pret for their lunch,  past all of the drips outside waving cardboard signs in their faces.

My guess is the fit and proper persons test is about as robust as the PSR stuff. I reckon they're holding back in desperation that 777 have something happen to them big enough to be able to either turn them down as owners or they go pop. It's a bit like how it went down with Newcastle until the government intervened.
