I started feeling like shit yesterday so did a LFT but it was negative. Overnight I couldn’t sleep at all; whole body was aching, head felt like it was gonna fall off and I had a fever.

 

Tested positive this morning. Done well to avoid it this long but it’s fucking no fun this.

What is the reason for these companies not releasing safety data for 75 years? Sounds mad on the face of it that it’s standard practice.

Yeah its mad, the media seems to ignore it. Cases are still very high so we could be stuck with high numbers for a while. But all is now normal

I don't know. Alarm bells are ringing!

 

I'm on day 4 now and feel absolutely fine. I was a bit thick headed on Monday and only really realised on the Tuesday. Then two days of a cold and odd spells of fatigue lasting about 15 minutes. This afternoon I'm going into the gym (in my garage, not Total Fitness, like).
