    It's not a crash it's a sale. Everything's on sale.

ADA didn't move much, another one with a massive supply. I'm keeping some coins there though now too.

ADA just broke through the sell wall at 1 dollar.

Ravencoin's still going wild, I've put some back into it and leaving it there for a while now.

Yeah I checked the supply not long after I'd got some forgetting how big it was, I'd seen it a couple of weeks back but forgot. I swapped over a third of them back out last night for 2.5 nano too.

It looks like either someone or a group are pumping and dumping it (or some whales are stocking up) but the price is raised a bit each time. It just happened again about 20 mins ago too. There's also 21 billion coins in supply so it'll probably be going crazy for a while yet.

Ravencoin is going pretty crazy at the moment. I read a bit on it a while back but didn't get any, got some now though incase it carries on flying upwards.

St. Louis Federal Reserve President : https://www.cnbc.com/2021/02/16/bitcoin-no-threat-to-dollar-as-worlds-reserve-currency-feds-james-bullard.html Bullard has decided for us that it isn't how we do this. Cool, glad that's all wrapped up then.

21st century Trotter's sounds good. Reminds me that another thing that's helped is that I clearly remember watching Trading Places a couple of times as a kid, definitely helps when navigating the markets at times. I'll give it another week or so of holding whatever I have then rewatch Brewster's Millions I think.

Yeah I saw that on the site but then started drifting off to other areas looking for more details and was lost, tiredness mostly I think, but also trying to take in so many new things at once. Am making sure to check later though so thanks again.

Thanks, it's a bit over my head at the moment and I'm tired but it's part of the cosmos network so it's something I'm interested in too, will make sure to have a read later.

I did look at monero a while back and saw that it'd been delisted from an exchange (because of the privacy aspect causing issue with regulators i think) so I left it thinking that it might not be a good idea to put money into. I've got no issues with monero or xhv though, my main problem is wanting buying and selling to be easier for people in general. I've just spent the last bit of spare cash I had for now on a bit more litecoin too (after exchanging several bits into other coins) but will make sure to check back on them both and might put a bit into them in the near future. edit : i've added monero as a coin in coinomi wallet but I don't have access to xhv and can't use actual exchanges at the moment. After looking at monero it's been almost identical in price and progress over the last month to litecoin too, apart from being worth a bit more, awesome. The only problem is i have to put in a fair amount of litecoin as minimum exchange, might do next month though if it keeps going well.

After hours of searching around I used https://cryptovoucher.io and within 10 mins of buying a 25 euro voucher had litecoin (it isn't listed on that page yet, they've only recently added it as an option) in my wallet, no KYC needed. Glad that chaos is out of the way, so much easier than messing around on binance.

I still can't believe that for now I'm unable to buy from joke exchanges because of their pathetic KYC bullshit. The Bitcoin white paper written by the founder literally starts with this : Fast forward to today, where it looks like most people buying crypto are uploading images of their government documents to exchanges. It goes completely against the original vision of what this was supposed to be. And eventually maybe crypto will start moving back to that original vision if decentralised networks evolve and become more widely used, leaving this current fucking farce behind. Being in charge of our own finances was always going to be one of the biggest threats to the establishment and their fiat ponzi schemes, no wonder they're at work trying to twist it to fit their own warped vision.

Now that funding is cut off thanks to binance and no id i ended up swapping things a round a bit with wallet exchange. Have got about £160 mostly concentrated across litecoin, atom and dot and smaller amounts in the rest. Time to hodl and try to be patient.

Looks like binance have blocked me from adding enough cash from bank without photo id that I won't have for maybe two months at least, so no more crypto buying. Was cool while it lasted.

XHV is several years old, I think the graphic was mainly focused on newer projects.

Fucking awesome, atomic wallet that I used to get the atom supports a shitload of coins and has an exchange feature so I've been able to convert into a couple of others too. Almost got a bit in everything I want now. Currently : doge, litecoin, atom, stellar and dot (polkadot). Glad most of this madness is out of the way so I can hold, check charts every so often and get back to playing some games.

Got a bit more litecoin and also put a bit into cosmos (atom), as they're releasing something later in the week that could be big for crypto so the price might jump (or the release could go wrong and tank it, thought i'd give it a go though) : https://www.coindesk.com/cosmos-set-to-take-lead-in-blockchain-interoperability-with-februarys-stargate-release

Did you get mixed up with something else? I remember you mentioning getting some and it was the 5th after checking a couple of pages back so you've still got a 50% rise since then. I'm wanting to get more tomorrow so wouldn't be surprised if it rockets again to make that more expensive. Glad it's done well so far though.

I've been reading up on doge a bit more and what the actual dev team thinks of it and I don't really see it as a hype coin now. The problem seems to be more that it's been hyped and a lot of people have probably put too much money into it. It's supposed to be a currency that's used and not something that shoots up to huge amounts. Maybe it'll be worth more in the future but the devs won't be majorly changing anything about it from what I've read, and even if they did the actual users could just ignore them anyway and carry on as they were doing for years before it got so much attention recently. I've got more respect for it now but I'm not focused on making money from it. It's helped as an introduction to crypto and from what I've read has probably helped a lot of others too, that alone was easily worth the bit of cash I spent on it. I don't think they're all hype coins either, bitcoin is being increasingly invested in and big banks/corps/hedge funds/paypal/mastercard/tesla are taking it seriously too so if it's a hype coin you could maybe say that fiat currency is also hyped, just by the gov and the institutions we've grown up with instead. Or should I say enforced. I think one of the goals is to break away from that enforcement, centralisation and all of the crap that comes with it. And if bitcoin is doing it now it's surely only a matter of time before others follow.
